When we founded Maltais & Fitch, we brought years of experience in luxury design with us—and a simple philosophy: great design isn’t performative. The most beautiful homes aren’t stage sets; they’re the ones that feel timeless, personal, and lived-in. We’ve chosen to be more intentional—creating custom pieces designed to be passed down, and sourcing vintage finds that add the kind of warmth and soul you can’t fake.

We love the art of mixing it all together: bespoke furniture, handcrafted details, natural materials—all designed to honour a home’s architecture while reflecting the individuality of the people who live there.

After years working on high-end projects (some featured in publications such as Architectural Digest), plus plenty of our own personal ones, we took the plunge and started our own studio from scratch. We began small, slowly building a body of work that feels true to us—alongside clients we still pinch ourselves to be working with. Many of those early homes are only now coming to fruition—a reminder that good design takes time. We can’t wait to share them Xx.
